4°.
through marriage to a man, who is not included in
the terms of Article 1 under 1o, 2o or 5°;
through entering foreign military of Government
service, without the consent of the Governor-General
of Netherland India;
as regards persons who do not belong to the indigenous
population of Netherland India, through neglect, when
residing in a foreign country, to register with the
Netherland Consular Officer in that country within
three months from their arrival, or to renew their
registration in case of continued residence in that
country within the first three months of every
calendar year.
The registration by the husband or the father on behalf of his
wife and of his children, and by the widow on behalf of her
children is of like value as if they themselves had registered.
Whosoever loses Netherland subjectship in accordance with the
provision of 4° and thereafter does not find himself in the
conditions defined under 10, 20 or 3°, recovers it through
establishment in Netherland India.
Article 3. This Act is binding too for the colonies and
possessions in other parts of the world.
